With this philosophy as our guiding principle, we are dedicated to making and selling mantecados and polvorones (both types of soft and very crumbly Spanish shortbread) and a wide range of Christmas sweets. We also manufacture different types of artisan biscuits, and natural and wholemeal pastries.
The origins of La Fortaleza go back to the year 1928 when our grandparents managed a chocolate factory.
Today, the fourth generation of our family runs La Fortaleza with the same passion and dedication for a job well done.
